Divisions, departments, virtual project teams - there are many different structuring patterns and a variety of aspects regarding the relationship of members to the organisation as a productive social system. Therefore, we decided that admileo shall allow optimum flexibility in the general structuring of the enterprise while at the same time facilitating temporary sorting.
The organisation of your enterprise
admileo maps your company, i.e. your very specific company structure. And it does so very clearly - with all locations, company areas, all teams and each individual employee. It provides resource management, autonomous planning of absences, booking of hours worked and administration of the time account. In fact, every aspect is just one click away and could, for example, mean that the project manager views his project teams, cost controllers focus on the cost centres and workshop or vehicle fleet managers will even monitor single machines - while, as required, the HR department keeps an eye on the whole picture.
admileo thus supports the capture of three elementary aspects in the administration of employees:

Just select any employee in the navigation tree on the left and (provided you have been given the respective system rights) on the right side you will see everything you might want to know about his or her activities, qualifications, workload, local conditions, work package booking and many more. Your employees themselves will make their holiday planning on "their" pages, manage their time account and can view the status of initiated workflows (auto-mechanisms).
Thus, everyone will actively participate in and on the system. Such a system is proven to work optimally when each and every employee - irrespective of his or her position in the company – can independently navigate through the system and intuitively work with it.
