TPS uses our admileo-wide message management: Messages will automatically be generated as soon as the system records a certain event. The message management is extensively configurable and provides useful options for sending messages via e-mail and for the archiving of messages.

Your employees can participate in the integrated working time recording and receive their personal time account for the booking of the recorded working hours. This booking helps to verify the compliance with plan values, which will sustainably increase the planning quality of your tool projects. Holidays or business trips as well as workloads in other projects will also be considered in the planning process.
All relevant documents can be managed in the integrated document management system. Here, the bill of materials can be saved with the project, the machine specification with the corresponding machine and the documents on qualifications of an employee directly with the employee. All data stored in the system can be combined with the reporting feature, which supports the conventional formats such as Excel, Word or PDF as target format. You can determine the layout and every report will be created in the desired display variant.
