From the application portal into the admileo applicant and personnel administration
When applicants are interested in your company, they can present themselves via the portal, refer their application to specific positions and upload their respective credentials. Based on their data acquired in this applicant portal the applicants' details can then be included in the personnel administration system of admileo. Here, all the applications are grouped according to positions in the standard tree structure of admileo. Within this admileo area all aspects of the current applicants are managed, from communication activities and interviews - as coordinated in selection procedures - to all required documents.
