Our premium product admileo is a modular software system designed for five different main areas. Its key feature is the coordination of operating data acquired from all business units with the actual planning and control processes. Since 2007, when it was originally devised as a multi-project management software for cross-location project planning, admileo has been supplemented by a lot of useful functionalities that ensure its smooth running for all users so that it has grown to be a powerful business solution with which all sorts of company processes are now being controlled and managed. admileo can be integrated into virtually any IT environment and, if required, communicate with existing ERP and HR systems.

Each of these areas is characterised by a number of modules for dedicated tasks. In addition, there are two central information modules, which summarise the most important information from all modules of the respective area.
Organisation Management
Organisation Management comprises the administration of the business organisation and the personnel as well as resource planning. Here, all employees of your company are displayed in a clear tree structure according to their teams/departments. When selecting an employee, on the right side you will see all the information available on the respective employee or a team. This area serves to manage the time accounts, absences, work package bookings, qualifications and the planning of personnel deployments.
Project Management
The information stored in the Organisation Management area is made available for project planning and project execution in the Project Management. Here, on the left side the structure tree reflects the entire project environment. The tree could thus be seen as a vertical multi-project structure plan. Moreover, this area provides all required tools for project controlling and change management.
Product Data Management
In the Product Data Management area you manage your products and software systems as well as plants or services - from the entire system down to the smallest component, including an integrated 3D viewer for complex CAD applications. Here you can see which product or system is currently in use at which customer and in which design. This will decisively help in supplying the customer with updates, innovations and documents.
Toolmaking
Beginning with the import of bills of materials via the assignment of production processes and deadlines up to resource planning and project control, our Toolmaking Planning Software TPS offers a lot of useful functionalities for the optimisation of consistent process chains in tool and mould making. A variety of clear charts and tables guarantees that availabilities, capacities and capacity utilization are perfectly represented - for every employee involved and every existing machine.
Business Administration
The Business Administration area manages customer and supplier contacts and locations and includes the global, transaction-independent document management system. In addition, here you will find many cross-area functionalities such as the flexible ticket and task control or the system-wide message management.

Interactive linking of individual fields of application
Project Management makes use of all employee data from the organisation area (or from an existing ERP system) and facilitates with one mouse click to find qualified employees that will be available for certain tasks or work packages in the envisaged period. Once the employees book their hours worked on work packages and tasks these will automatically be synchronised with their time accounts.
System-wide updating in real time
Every piece of information, any change and each update is visible system-wide and in real time for all employees involved. If deadlines or cost limits as well as plan hours are exceeded or if the planned progress is not reached, it is possible to have respective messages automatically being sent to the responsible project participants.
Individually adaptable to customer processes
admileo's configuration can be tailored to individual customer wishes and it comprises a roles and rights system. Locations are displayed with their individual holiday periods and for many system elements it is also possible to assign customer-specific designations and colours.
Intuitive operation
We like to point out that admileo has been designed with an intuitive operability. This aspect should not be underestimated as it is often found that complex systems are also complex regarding their operation. In admileo, we have taken care that both operation and language across all modules is uniform so that the system is easily comprehensible and allows trouble-free application.
