Order entry, structural planning and scheduling
In modern project management the planning of time, expenditure and finances go hand in hand. With admileo you can imitate the project structures and the scheduling in different ways and forecast all relevant parameters even in an ongoing project:
- From templates
Proven project structures can be saved as templates and then adjusted to the respective project by means of the planning tools.
- From ERP systems
In the navigation tree projects are saved under so-called structuring nodes. These structuring nodes are powerful "control centres", which - when accordingly configured - will automatically integrate imported projects such that they are arranged at the correct positions in the multi-project structure.
- Manuelly in a Gantt chart or as a table
Alternatively, you may, of course, set up your projects from scratch. First of all, plan your project in a single table. Here you can already map the complete project structures, create work packages and assign employees. From this the Gantt chart will be generated, in which you can make any adjustments with simple graphical means and in a quick and uncomplicated fashion.
How can I find the right employee for a work package or a task?
Quite simply: When creating a work package select the qualifications required for the handling of the work package instead of choosing a certain employee. If in admileo's Organisation Management the qualifications of your employees have been stored, the system will propose employees with matching qualifications. Now you can simply either request the availability of the selected employees or immediately assign them to the work package. As a matter of course, the system will also identify any workload in other projects as well as absences when you select appropriate employees. This is where project planning and resource management come together.
